The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennett tries to clinch but Diaz is having none of it.
Bennett throws a right and a left that Diaz avoids nicely.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Bennett enables Diaz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bennett manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Diaz keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bennett's head.
Bennett is looking to stand up but Diaz isn't so interested in that idea.
