Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou The Goo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tyrone Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lou The Goo!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Goo tries to clinch up but Stone circles away and keeps his distance.
Stone jabs at The Goo's body.
Stone scores with a three punch combo!


It looks like Lou The Goo has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The Goo tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
The Goo looks gassed!

Stone darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The Goo is staying active underneath Stone, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The Goo has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Stone escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Stone!

Stone stands up.

Stone drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Stone looking to pass the guard.

The Goo working for a triangle but Stone defends it easily.

Stone thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Stone throwing strikes but missing.

Stone gets to his feet - The Goo follows without any prompting.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Stone clinches.
Stone stalls.
Stone lands a nice elbow.

Stone tightens his grip and picks The Goo up, before dumping him to the ground. The Goo manages to land in guard.
The Goo is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Stone is controlling him.
The Goo keeping full guard, as Stone tries to pass.
Stone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for The Goo on the ground.
Stone is looking to stand up but The Goo won't let him.
Stone thows a big elbow that misses.

Stone sitting in guard here, content to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stone is looking to work some ground and pound but The Goo has wrist control.
The Goo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stone manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The Goo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Stone wants to stand but The Goo is controlling the position.

Stone wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and The Goo manages to pass to side control.

Stone wants to improve his position but The Goo is controlling well.
The Goo tries to stand and escape but Stone is controlling the position.
The Goo trying to mount his opponent but Stone defends it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Stone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The Goo is looking for a kimura here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyrone Stone dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Lou The Goo's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Stone moves into the clinch successfully.

Stone pulls guard successfully.
The Goo preventing the sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Goo trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stone has a closed guard, preventing The Goo from standing up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The Goo connects with a couple of short punches.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stone tries to strike from the bottom.
Stone working a defensive guard here.
Stone utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
The Goo doesn't succeed with the takedown

so Stone counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Stone drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but The Goo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Stone has The Goo in his guard.

The Goo being controlled here momentarily.
Stone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The Goo slips nicely into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stone wants to control but The Goo is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The Goo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stone knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Stone is trying to get back to full guard.
The Goo stops Stone from getting back to his feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The Goo stuffs the takedown attempt from Stone. Stone gets slowly back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The Goo looks for a takedown but Stone sprawls well.

The Goo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Stone is trying to stand up.
Stone keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The Goo pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.

The Goo looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

The Goo has hold of Stone's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stone manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tyrone Stone will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!



Stone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Stone throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The Goo makes his way to full guard. A much better position for The Goo.
The Goo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stone is one step ahead there.
The Goo thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but The Goo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The Goo throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Stone stopping the sweep attempt from The Goo.
The Goo keeping moving, preventing Stone from controlling successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The Goo looks to clinch
and Stone counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Stone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Stone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Stone lands with some strikes.
The Goo is in a horrible position here. Stone smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A nice elbow there by Stone.
The Goo tries to hold on but Stone postures up.
The Goo in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
The Goo is squirming around, avoiding Stone's attempts to control the action.
The Goo flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Stone is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but The Goo is surviving well by controlling Stone's body position as best he can.
Stone with shots to the head and body - The Goo looks very uncomfortable down there.
Tyrone Stone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The Goo tries to hold on but Stone pushes him away.
The Goo can't escape the position.
Stone trying to control but The Goo is having none of it.
The Goo tries to hold on but Stone pushes him away.
Stone throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Stone swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and The Goo is now in Stone's guard. A big mistake from Stone there, giving up the dominant position!
The Goo is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Stone throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Stone throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Stone trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
The Goo trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom.
Stone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Stone throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! The Goo escapes and throws Stone's legs to the side, diving into side control!

And that's the end of the fight!
Tyrone Stone showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Stone has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
