The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Pulkkinen.
Pulkkinen is looking to slow Guappo down with leg kicks.
Pulkkinen scores with a jab.
It looks like El Guappo has been cut.
Guappo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pulkkinen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A swing and a miss from Guappo.
Guappo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Pulkkinen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Guappo.
Pulkkinen has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Guappo is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Guappo misses with a takedown
and Pulkkinen counters with a huge left! Guappo is in big trouble! He's backing up but Pulkkinen isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Guappo from any more damage. A dominating finish by Pulkkinen!
