Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harrison Neeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raistlin Lovelair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lovelair has chosen Freak on a Leash as his entrance music. Raistlin Lovelair will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lovelair comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Neeson throws a jab when Lovelair was well out of range.
Lovelair doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Lovelair lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Neeson circles away quickly and effectively.

Neeson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lovelair tries to clinch up but Neeson circles away and keeps his distance.
Lovelair slips a straight right by Neeson.
Lovelair misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lovelair throws a right and a left that both miss.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Neeson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Neeson counters by moving into the clinch.

Lovelair lands a right hand that snaps the head of Neeson backwards.
Lovelair swings wildly with an uppercut but Neeson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lovelair's coach down at The Factory was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lovelair's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Lovelair breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lovelair scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Lovelair lunges at Neeson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Neeson's hand.
Lovelair connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Neeson momentarily.
Lovelair is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Neeson throws a jab but it's blocked by Lovelair.

and Neeson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Raistlin Lovelair has been cut.
Neeson looks to land a left hand but Lovelair moved out of range nicely.
Lovelair throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Neeson.
An attempted straight right counter from Neeson misses the target.
Sloppy strikes from Lovelair. Those never looked like landing.

and Lovelair counters with a three punch combo that has Neeson backing up. Neeson nods at Lovelair to acknowledge the strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Neeson jabs Lovelair right on the nose. Lovelair blinks but takes it well.

Lovelair is rocked!
Lovelair closes the distance but Neeson moves to the side
and Neeson rattles Lovelair with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Lovelair tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Neeson dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Lovelair stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Harrison Neeson!
A relieved looking Harrison Neeson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
