Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vyacheslav Kowalchuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sandro Eversole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kowalchuk might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kalinka Mix. Vyacheslav Kowalchuk could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sandro Eversole's chin.

Kowalchuk tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Eversole counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kowalchuk is looking to clinch.
Eversole avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kowalchuk darts in trying to clinch
and Eversole counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Vyacheslav Kowalchuk has been cut.
Eversole tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kowalchuk is able to avoid easily.

Kowalchuk wants to clinch but Eversole slips to the side
and Eversole scores with a counter punch that sends Kowalchuk to the canvas! Eversole smells blood - he's punishing Kowalchuk with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Kowalchuk has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sandro Eversole!
A relieved looking Sandro Eversole thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
