Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Tremblay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Darth Vader!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vader goes for a double leg but Tremblay avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tremblay continues to drive forward.
Vader tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tremblay defends well and Vader ends up having to push Tremblay into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Tremblay is looking to chop away at Vader's legs.
A countering left hand to the body from Vader misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vader. Tremblay does a little dance to reset his feet.
Vader fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mark Tremblay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darth Vader.
Tremblay lands with a kick to the ribs.
Vader on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tremblay. Tremblay obviously looking to wear him down.

Vader is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tremblay asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Tremblay creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Vader sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Tremblay looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Vader shoots in looking for a takedown. Tremblay tries to sprawl out of it but Vader keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tremblay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vader wants to stand and escape but Tremblay is having none of it.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Tremblay holds on and takes a little breather.
Tremblay is trying to control the position but Vader postures up.
Tremblay is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Tremblay looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vader with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Tremblay seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Vader is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
