Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Brandon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Degrizz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandon kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is All Summer Long. Jim Degrizz acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Degrizz misses with a looping right.
A left lands for Degrizz.
Brandon shoots in for a takedown but Degrizz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Degrizz gets caught flat footed, as Brandon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Brandon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Degrizz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brandon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Brandon wants to pass the guard but Degrizz is keeping the position.

Brandon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Degrizz keeps working.

Brandon shoots in for a takedown but Degrizz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A chopping leg kick lands by Degrizz.
Horrible takedown attempt by Brandon or perhaps it was just good defense by Degrizz, which made it look bad.
Degrizz keeps the fight on the outside.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Degrizz! But no joy.
Degrizz is looking to clinch.
Degrizz throws a lazy right hand but Brandon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brandon has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Brandon there as he acknowledges the shot.

Brandon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Degrizz works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Degrizz feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brandon's calf.
Degrizz misses with an uppercut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Degrizz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Degrizz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Brandon misses with a takedown
and Degrizz counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Brandon takes one on the chin but seems OK.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Degrizz on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Buddy Brandon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Degrizz cracks Brandon with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Brandon is rocked!
Brandon fails with an attempt to clinch.
Brandon looks for a takedown but Degrizz sprawls well.
Degrizz blocks a low kick nicely.

Brandon dives in for a single leg takedown but Degrizz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Brandon sets himself, and Degrizz steps forward looking for the clinch! Brandon avoids it this time.

Brandon shoots in looking for a takedown. Degrizz tries to sprawl out of it but Brandon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Degrizz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Degrizz lands a lovely overhand right.
Brandon is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Oh Brandon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Degrizz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brandon.

No joy there for Brandon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brandon seems to have got his legs back now.
Brandon misses with a jab, cross combination.
Degrizz waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Brandon.
And Brandon counters with a quick kick to the body but Degrizz blocks it.

Brandon dives in and scores a takedown into Degrizz's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Degrizz is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Brandon rolls with it to try and escape but Degrizz cranks on the arm and Brandon is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
