Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tim Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Strummer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansen comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Big Gun. Strummer has chosen The Stranglers- Nice N' Sleazy as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Hansen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Strummer! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Strummer dodges the punch combination from Hansen.
Strummer checks the leg kick. Sloppy strikes from Hansen. Those never looked like landing. Strummer wants to counter with a clinch but Hansen pushes him away. Strummer with a jab. A head kick from Hansen lands but Strummer takes it in his stride. Hansen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hansen throws a series of punches but Strummer moves out of range. Strummer moves into the clinch successfully.
Strummer controlling the action here for a moment.
Strummer lands with a right to the head. Strummer struggles to land a body shot inside as Hansen controls his hands.
Strummer throws a punch but it's blocked by Hansen. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hansen blocks an uppercut.
Strummer misses with a punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Strummer tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hansen's elbow. Hansen is working for takedown but Strummer is calmly controlling the position for now. A right hand to the body from Strummer.
Strummer misses with a hook from the clinch. Strummer scores with a shoulder strike. Hansen wants a takedown but no success here.
Still in the clinch, Strummer scores with a nice short uppercut. Strummer tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hansen's elbow. Strummer misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hansen blocks an uppercut.
Hansen wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Hansen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hansen managing to block the knees to the body from Strummer.
Strummer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Strummer avoids the head kick by Hansen.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Strummer takes one to the side of the head.

Hansen slips under a jab. Strummer misses the jab. Hansen misses with a two punch combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd cheers as Strummer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hansen doesn't seem phased though. Joe Strummer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Strummer looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Hansen is rocked! A punch combination from Hansen misses. Oh Hansen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hansen looks to land a combination but Strummer avoids it well. Strummer moves out of range of the body kick. Strummer wants to counter with a clinch but Hansen pushes him away. Strummer ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Hansen's jaw. Hansen's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Strummer does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Joe Strummer! During a confident post fight interview, Joe Strummer thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
