Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reefer Shark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Kondyt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christian Kondyt is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Reefer Shark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Christian Kondyt!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shark darts in looking for a takedown but Kondyt gets double underhooks and turns Shark into the cage.
Kondyt feints a jab promting Shark to slip. Kondyt then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Shark slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
No joy there for Shark, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kondyt clobbers Shark with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Shark throws a body punch but Kondyt moves out of range.
Kondyt fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shark on the side of the head.
Kondyt has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Shark scores with a jab to the body.
Kondyt punishes Shark's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice takedown defense from Kondyt. No joy for Shark on that attempt.
Shark has a takedown stuffed.
Kondyt looks like he wants to counter punch here.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Shark. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Christian Kondyt showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
