Silva lands a glancing blow to the side of Flig's head.
Flig tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Silva misses with a series of wild punches.
Flig tries to close the distance and clinch up but Silva swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Silva is looking to counter the offense by Flig and move into the clinch.
Silva darts in and clinches Flig up against the ropes.
Flig throws an elbow that misses.

Flig is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are playing wrist control here with Flig pressed against the ropes. Silva frees himself up and cracks Flig with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Flig crumples to the floor, out cold! Silva jumps on to the ropes and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
