Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Aronsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrew Ellis is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andrew Ellis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacob Aronsson! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aronsson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aronsson lands in his opponent's guard. Ellis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Ellis not landing any meaningful shots this time. Ellis throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ellis is nestled in close to Aronsson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ellis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Ellis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Aronsson's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aronsson is looking to escape. Ellis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Ellis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Aronsson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ellis.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ellis lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Aronsson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ellis is working away from the top position though. Ellis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ellis trying to control from half guard but Aronsson is working away. Aronsson has his hands clasped together around Ellis's back. He's all about the action. Ellis frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Aronsson working to try and regain half guard.
Ellis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ellis cracks Aronsson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Aronsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ellis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ellis is landing with some decent strikes but Aronsson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ellis lands a couple of good shots and Aronsson has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Ellis wants to control but Aronsson is keeping busy. Aronsson is trying to remain composed but Ellis is hammering down strikes to the side of his head. The referee is taking a good look at Aronsson as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Ellis!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Aronsson rolls, trying to escape but Ellis keeps control of the position.

Aronsson wants to control his opponent's hands but Ellis gets his hands free. Ellis is looking to control Aronsson but Aronsson is wriggling around and keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ellis is punishing Aronsson with strikes - can he finish him?! Ellis is working the ground and pound. Can Aronsson escape? Aronsson avoids the strikes from Ellis. Ellis lands punches and elbows. Ellis is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Aronsson up.
Aronsson covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

Aronsson tries to escape but Ellis has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Aronsson covering up well under a series of strikes from Ellis. Ellis somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ellis looking to break Aronsson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Aronsson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Ellis will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Aronsson trying to control the hands but Ellis won't let him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Aronsson is really stuck here.

Ellis throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Aronsson!
Ellis has Aronsson flattened out and is raining down punches. Ellis lands a shot to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andrew Ellis dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ellis looks for a takedown but Aronsson sprawls well. Aronsson changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Ellis shoots in for a double leg but Aronsson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Ellis tries for a takedown but Aronsson circles away easily and Aronsson counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Andrew Ellis has been cut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrew Ellis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Aronsson thuds a left hand into Ellis's body. Oooooh!!! Aronsson has knocked Ellis down with a huge combo! Aronsson steps away and waves a wobbly Ellis back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Ellis is rocked! Ellis with a poor takedown and Aronsson shoots in for a double leg counter - driving through into a slam and Ellis is out! The slam has knocked him out cold! Devastating for Ellis but Aronsson is celebrating as the crowd goes wild!
