and Plunker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rock Strongo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Plunker counters with a three punch combo that has Strongo backing up. Strongo nods at Plunker to acknowledge the strikes.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Strongo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Plunker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
