Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Friedrich Von Kuschelbär!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah MacManus!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Kuschelbär throws a lazy right hand but MacManus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Von Kuschelbär fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Von Kuschelbär blocks a head kick by MacManus.
Von Kuschelbär on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by MacManus. MacManus obviously looking to wear him down.
MacManus shoots for a double leg takedown but Von Kuschelbär sprawls well. He's pushed MacManus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
MacManus throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Von Kuschelbär to counter with a crisp jab.
MacManus does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Von Kuschelbär shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says MacManus as he avoids it easily.
Von Kuschelbär drops his shoulder and cracks MacManus with a huge uppercut! MacManus goes down! Can Von Kuschelbär finish him?
MacManus is rocked!
It looks like Noah MacManus has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Von Kuschelbär is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
MacManus is still in real trouble! Can Von Kuschelbär finish him?
Von Kuschelbär gets to his feet and stands over MacManus, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! MacManus felt that one! Von Kuschelbär unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save MacManus from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Friedrich Von Kuschelbär!
Friedrich Von Kuschelbär decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
