Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Allen LeFleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Lahey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Allen LeFleur!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Lahey!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from LeFleur.
Good shot there by LeFleur.
Lahey throws a left and a right that both miss
and LeFleur counters with a leg kick.

LeFleur throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Lahey tumbling to the canvas!


Lahey is rocked!


It looks like Jim Lahey has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lahey is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and LeFleur dives into side control.

LeFleur decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Lahey showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from LeFleur.
LeFleur cracks Lahey with an open hand slap.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lahey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. LeFleur manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sloppy strikes from Lahey. Those never looked like landing.
Lahey misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lahey lands a head shot.
LeFleur throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lahey stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Allen LeFleur seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
LeFleur lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Lahey throws a sloppy head kick
and LeFleur counters with a good, hard body kick but Lahey shrugs it off.
Lahey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
LeFleur fakes the leg kick and cracks Lahey in the body.
Lahey looks winded!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Oh, that's a big right hand from LeFleur and Lahey goes tumbling to the canvas! LeFleur follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Lahey is still in real trouble! Can LeFleur finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

LeFleur stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Lahey to get to his feet.
Lahey walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Lahey limp body while LeFleur jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Allen LeFleur!
A less than humble Allen LeFleur misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
The defeated Jim Lahey had this to say: 'Jim Lahey for supervisor of the year'.
