Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Affion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson wants to clinch

and Affion counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Affion gets to his feet - Tyson follows without any prompting.
Affion showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tyson.
Tyson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Tyson tries to clinch but Affion moves out of range.
Affion appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Tyson swats away the attempt to clinch by Affion.
Affion shoots in for a takedown but Tyson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Affion throws a low kick but Tyson avoids it.
Tyson tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Affion counters with a single leg into guard. Tyson didn't expect that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Affion slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Affion working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Affion thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Affion sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tyson's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Affion tries to pass to full mount but Tyson defends it.

Despite the aggression on Affion's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Affion gets a takedown into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Affion connects with a nice short shot to Tyson's temple.
Affion is figuring out what he wants to do next.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
