The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beach shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vollas defends it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Beach is defended easily by Vollas.
Vollas doesn't manage to clinch there - Beach circles away.
Beach throws a big counter combination but Vollas scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Beach shoots in looking for a takedown but Vollas manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Beach's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Beach throws Vollas to one side and escapes!
Beach has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Vollas finds it's way round the side to connect with Beach's head.

Beach is looking to get back to his feet here but Vollas is keeping cool and he's managed to take Beach's back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beach is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Vollas gets his way!

Vollas throws a leg kick which misses Beach's front leg but catches the back leg as Beach tries to avoid it.
Vollas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Beach.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Well Vollas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
