The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith tries to bum rush Goodman with a series of wild strikes but Goodman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Goodman feints the counter takedown.
Smith lands a left and a right that send Goodman crashing to the mat, dazed. Smith thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Smith throws a series of punches but Goodman moves out of range.
Oooooh!!! Smith has knocked Goodman down with a huge combo! Smith steps away and waves a wobbly Goodman back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Goodman is rocked!

Goodman shoots in and drives through. Smith sprawls well.

Smith feints with a jab and clips Goodman right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Goodman is sent crashing into the canvas and Smith leaps in for the kill! Goodman tries to get to his feet but Smith is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Goodman is in need of a savior and steps in!
