Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Turner shoots in but Sanders avoids the takedown attempt easily. Turner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sanders's waist but Sanders gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Turner off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Turner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sanders misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sanders should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Turner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sanders circles away. Turner is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Turner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sanders as he jumps to the side. Turner fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Turner is breathing heavily. Turner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sanders as he jumps to the side. Turner will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Sanders lands a left and a right that sends Turner crashing to the canvas! Sanders dives into mount looking to finish!
Turner is rocked! Sanders controlling the position easily from mount. Oh Turner is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Turner tries to reverse the position but Sanders maintains control. Turner seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanders looking to control but Turner is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Sanders misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Sanders trying to control but Turner is having none of it. Sanders might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Turner kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Turner is looking to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanders trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sanders looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Despite being in the dominant position, Kurt Sanders just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Turner looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A left and a right from Sanders both land. Nice combination. Turner shoots in but Sanders avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sanders throws a good cross that connects.
Turner has a takedown stuffed. Turner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A right-left combo lands from Sanders. Sanders connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Turner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sanders can pounce on him.
Sanders works Turner's body with a nice hook. Turner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sanders.
Turner on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sanders. Sanders obviously looking to wear him down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kurt Sanders dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sanders stuffs the takedown attempt from Turner. Turner gets slowly back to his feet. Turner misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sanders jabs at Turner's body. Sanders looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Horrible takedown by Turner or perhaps it was just good defense by Sanders which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Turner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Turner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Turner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sanders as he jumps to the side. Turner needs to keep his hands up - Sanders had a free shot at his head there. Sanders lands a right hook to the body.
Sanders is looking to slow Turner down with leg kicks. Sanders connects with a solid leg kick. Sanders lands with a nice body punch. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Turner. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Nice sprawl there from Sanders as Turner shoots in. Turner shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Turner was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sanders is trying to escape the mount.
Sanders is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanders wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Turner is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Sanders has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Turner is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Sanders is defending well though. Turner let's go of the attempt for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Sanders's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Sanders really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Turner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sanders turns into Turner and is now in his guard.
Sanders postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanders is looking to advance position but Turner has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Sanders tries to hold on but Turner postures up. Sanders wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Turner is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Sanders has hold of the other arm. That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanders preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Turner. Turner not allowing Sanders to control his hands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Turner dominated that second round. That's time! Turner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Turner misses with a takedown attempt - Sanders sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sanders feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Turner's calf. Turner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sanders but Sanders pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sanders jabs Turner right on the nose. Turner blinks but takes it well. Sanders is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Turner rather than just go for the knockout. A good leg kick by Sanders. Turner looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Sanders throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Turner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sanders finds it's way round the side to connect with Turner's head. Sanders wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Turner has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Turner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Horrible takedown by Turner or perhaps it was just good defense by Sanders which made him look bad. Turner misses with a takedown attempt - Sanders sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Turner shoots in for a takedown but Sanders shows good takedown defense. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Sanders stuffs the takedown. Turner shoots in but Sanders avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sanders fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Turner.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanders drops Turner with a left right combo! Sanders follows him down to the ground into side control.
Turner tries to buck Sanders off but Sanders is having none of it. Sanders goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Turner rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sanders's guard! Nice work there by Turner! Turner tries to free his leg and advance position but Sanders is retaining full guard. Sanders tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanders not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Turner stands and throws Sanders's legs to the side, diving into side control. Turner will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Sanders gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Turner fails to advance to Sanders's back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sanders can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Turner is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Sanders is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Sanders flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Turner anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Sanders and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Turner slips an arm under Sanders chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Turner has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Turner is squeezing on Sanders like an anaconda would it's prey. Sanders fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
