Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miguel Willis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George King! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Willis throws a combination. King tries to block but a couple of punches get through. King misses with a takedown attempt - Willis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Willis circles away from the clinch attempt.
Willis seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Willis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. It looked like Willis was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. King throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Willis counters with a thumping low kick. King is looking to take this fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Willis throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Willis keeps the fight on the outside. Willis went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. King closes the distance looking to clinch and Willis counters with a one-two to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. King shoots in for a takedown but Willis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Willis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. King moves in looking to clinch but Willis pushes him off. Willis seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Willis thows a leg kick but King checks it and King counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. George King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Willis misses with a jab, cross combination.
King tries to clinch up but Willis circles away and keeps his distance. Willis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but King moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Willis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. King tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Willis counters with a series of strikes. King will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King blocks a low kick nicely. King shoots in for a takedown but Willis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Miguel Willis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George King. Willis throws a series of punches but King moves out of range. King is looking to clinch but Willis is avoiding it.
Willis keeps the fight on the outside. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Willis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

King dives in for a single leg takedown but Willis sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. It looked like Willis was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. King wants to clinch and Willis counters with a left and a right that stings King. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. King tries to close the distance and clinch but Willis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Miguel Willis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Willis closes the distance and clinches. King misses with some punches.
Willis blocks a body shot from King. Willis blocks an uppercut.
Willis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King tries to clinch but Willis is having none of it. King is looking to clinch. Willis throws a big counter combination but King scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Miguel Willis is winning the standup battle so far. King tries to clinch but Willis is having none of it. King fails with the takedown. Willis thinks about countering with a body kick. Willis is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that King can do to turn this around? Willis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively. A low kick from Willis is predictable there and King counters with a three punch combo that has Willis backing up. Willis nods at King to acknowledge the strikes. A clash of legs there as King blocks the low kick. Horrible takedown attempt by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Willis, which made it look bad. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. An inside leg kick from Willis misses. King is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. King tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Willis defends well and King ends up having to push Willis into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. King misses with a head kick.

Willis's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Willis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
King unleashes a big counter combination but Willis bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Willis keeps the fight on the outside. Willis tries to counter by moving into the clinch but King manages to circle out of the way. A head kick misses from Willis. Willis misses with a double jab.
King is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Willis swats away the attempt to clinch by King. George King has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. King wants to clinch. Willis leaves King with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! King scores with a head kick. Willis tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
And that's the end of the fight! Miguel Willis showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Willis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
