Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nuke Laloosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Helm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helm is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Spazzin - Gary Podunk. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nuke Laloosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, James Helm! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Helm lands a left and a right that send Laloosh crashing to the mat, dazed. Helm thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Nuke Laloosh has been cut. Helm slips a straight right by Laloosh. Helm throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Helm is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Laloosh. No joy there for Helm, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Helm connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Laloosh lands the left hand. Helm checks a leg kick. Laloosh misses with a body kick. Laloosh has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Helm throws a jab but it's blocked by Laloosh. Laloosh lands with a thumping leg kick.
Helm looks to land a combination but Laloosh avoids it well. Helm lands a nice hook to Laloosh's body. Laloosh takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Helm getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Laloosh throws a body punch but Helm moves out of range. Sloppy strikes from Helm. Those never looked like landing. Helm throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Laloosh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Helm uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Laloosh. Helm swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Laloosh - that will leave a mark!
Laloosh missing with a left hand there. Helm was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Laloosh misses with a hook. Helm swings for the body but Laloosh moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Helm swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice defenses there by Laloosh. Laloosh throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Laloosh walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Helm lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Laloosh circles away quickly and effectively. Laloosh loads up on a big right hand but Helm slips the punch. Jab from Laloosh. Helm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Helm misses with a few strikes there.
Helm throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Laloosh sees it coming and avoids it easily. Helm scores with a jab to the body. Laloosh misses with an attempted mid kick.
Helm walks into a jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Laloosh throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Helm colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Laloosh as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Helm is left battered and dazed whilst Laloosh and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nuke Laloosh! During a confident post fight interview, Nuke Laloosh thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. James Helm was interviewed post fight and said 'It's time to get back the gym and grind harder for next time.'.
