Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Larry Buheler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Rubin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rubin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Buheler fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Buheler shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

so Rubin counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Buheler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rubin's guard.

Rubin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Buheler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rubin is on top in guard.

Rubin is taking a breather. Buheler says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
