The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed lands with a straight right. Mueller didn't see that one coming.

Mueller gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Speed throws a big elbow that misses.
Mueller not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Speed throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mueller works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Speed scoring with some ground and pound.
Speed forces his way into half guard.

Mueller pushes Speed off looking to stand but Speed dives back in and keeps control.
Mueller has hold of Speed's hands but Speed slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Speed is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Mueller is hurt! He's hurt bad - Speed fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Mueller from any more punishment! Congratulations to Speed! Great finish!
