Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gayle Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo tries to close the distance and clinch but Foster swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Aldo throws a body kick that misses.
Foster half committed to a counter leg kick.

Aldo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Aldo looking to sit in guard and control but Foster gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Aldo tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Foster takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Aldo wants to stand up but Foster is controlling him.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Aldo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Foster manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
As Aldo looks to move away, Foster throws a big counter combo but Aldo just gets out of the way.

Foster tries to keep at a distance but Aldo has taken the fight into the clinch.
Foster jumps guard but Aldo stands there with Foster around his waist. Foster gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Foster shoots for a double leg takedown but Aldo sprawls well. He's pushed Foster's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Aldo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Foster as he jumps to the side.

Aldo dives in for a single leg takedown but Foster sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Aldo is looking to stall here but Foster recovers full guard.
Aldo lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Aldo prevents Foster from getting back to his feet.
Aldo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Foster wants to stand but Aldo is controlling the position.

A close second round but Junior Aldo will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Foster gets tackled into the cage by Aldo. Aldo maintains the clinch.
Foster tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Aldo smiles and moves away.

Oooooh!!! Aldo has knocked Foster down with a huge combo! Aldo steps away and waves a wobbly Foster back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Foster is rocked!

It looks like Gayle Foster has been cut.

Foster tries to keep at a distance but Aldo has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oh Foster is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Aldo turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aldo scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Foster is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Aldo can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Junior Aldo got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
