Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Md Imtias Hussain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Faulk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Md Imtias Hussain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Edward Faulk! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hussain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Faulk is fending him off so far but Hussain persists. Nope, Faulk circles away and we're back to standing. Faulk works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Hussain rushes Faulk and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Faulk lands a left hand.

Faulk makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Faulk lands on the inside with an uppercut. Faulk throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hussains head. Faulk throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hussains head. Hussain is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Faulk pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Md Imtias Hussain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Faulk is working Hussain over against the cage. Hussain changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Faulk fights it off and pushes away nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Faulk's corner calls for a 1-2. Faulk obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hussain moves into the clinch. Hussain is looking to break free of the clinch but Faulk has double underhooks. Hussain drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A nice left hand lands by Faulk.
Hussain really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Faulk stalling against the cage.
Hussain takes a shot to the head. Faulk has Hussain pressed against the cage, preventing Hussain from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Hussain tries to circle away but Faulk has him pinned against the cage. Faulk scores with a nice hook to the head. Hussain has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Faulk blocking some punches.
Hussain wants to stall.
Faulk will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Hussain up against the cage. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Faulk continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Hussain taking a breather. Still in the clinch, Faulk scores with a nice short uppercut. Faulk stalling in the clinch.
Hussain is trying to break free. Hussain wants a takedown.
Hussain is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hussain jumps guard but Faulk turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Faulk lands a hook to the side of the head. Faulk working some nice short punches in the clinch. Faulk scores with a shoulder strike. Faulk lands a hook to the side of the head. Faulk lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. A nice left hand lands by Faulk.
Hussain is rocked! Faulk lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Hussain to his knees! Faulk keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Faulk! In his post fight interview, Edward Faulk started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
