The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kohle dives in and scores a takedown into Gilliam's guard.
Kohle is looking to pass into half guard but Gilliam pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Gilliam is in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Valentin Gilliam will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kohle clinches with his opponent.
Kohle's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Gilliam jumps guard but Kohle stands there with Gilliam around his waist. Gilliam gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gilliam dives in and grabs Kohle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kohle pushes down on Gilliam's head and hops out.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gilliam, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
