Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mookie Blaylock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giacomo Benvenuti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Blaylock might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Alive. Benvenuti is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Black Eye Peas - Let's get retarded. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Benvenuti.
Benvenuti takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Blaylock throws out a loose jab but Benvenuti uses good head movement to avoid it.
Blaylock throws a shot from downtown. Benvenuti moves away and avoids it.
Benvenuti lands a nice hook to Blaylock's body. Blaylock takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Benvenuti throws a leg kick but Blaylock checks it.
Benvenuti misses with a kick to the body.
Blaylock half committed to a counter leg kick.
Blaylock has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Beast in the buildup to the fight.
Blaylock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Benvenuti stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Benvenuti on the wrong end of a nice hook.
It looks like Giacomo Benvenuti has been cut.
Benvenuti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Blaylock was well out of range. Poor timing from Benvenuti.
Blaylock defending well as Benvenuti loads up on a big left hand.
Blaylock swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Blaylock throws a sloppy head kick and Benvenuti moves out of range easily.
A jab from Blaylock misses.
Benvenuti looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Blaylock thuds his shin into the meat of Benvenuti's side.

Blaylock slips a straight right by Benvenuti.
Blaylock measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Benvenuti! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!

A relieved looking Mookie Blaylock thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
