Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTavish misses with a double jab.
Blackwell rushes McTavish and presses him up against the cage.
Blackwell tries to pull guard but McTavish holds him up against the cage and eventually Blackwell drops back down to his feet.
Blackwell could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

McTavish looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
McTavish lands a hook that snaps the head of Blackwell backwards.
It looks like Loyd Blackwell has been cut.
McTavish wants to break the clinch but can't.
Blackwell drags the fight down to the ground.
McTavish trying to stand up but can't free himself from Blackwell's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blackwell has control of McTavish's left arm, preventing McTavish from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McTavish wants to stand but Blackwell is controlling his posture from full guard.
Blackwell is looking for a triangle but McTavish pushes his legs off easily.
McTavish won't allow Blackwell to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blackwell is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Blackwell looking to hit a scissor sweep but McTavish is one step ahead there.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
McTavish throws a body shot but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
McTavish sends Blackwell crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McTavish is motioning to the referee to let Blackwell up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Blackwell is rocked!
McTavish cracks Blackwell's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Blackwell slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before McTavish can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Donny McTavish!
