Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Drievko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Drievko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimbo Slice! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Drievko! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drievko looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Slice is fending him off so far but Drievko persists. Nope, Slice circles away and we're back to standing. Slice connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Drievko on the wrong end of a nice hook. Kimbo Slice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drievko needs to keep his hands up - Slice had a free shot at his head there. Drievko doesn't succeed with the takedown and Slice counters with a stiff right hand. Drievko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slice swivels and escapes. Kimbo Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Drievko. Slice comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nice shot lands for Slice.
It looks like Nick Drievko has been cut. Drievko takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Slice lands with a straight right. Drievko didn't see that one coming. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fight moves into the clinch position. A short left from Slice. Slice controlling the action here for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in the clinch, Slice scores with a nice short uppercut. Drievko is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Slice can't fight it off and eventually Drievko manages to take the fight to the floor. Slice looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Slice is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Slice controlling the position. Slice looking for a sweep. Not yet Slice, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drievko decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Slice stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Slice wants it to stay on the feet. Jab by Slice. Slice connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Drievko shoots for a double leg takedown but Slice sprawls well. He's pushed Drievko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Slice catches Drievko with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Drievko tries for a takedown but Slice circles away easily and Slice counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Slice darts in and clinches Drievko up against the cage. Slice scores with a nice hook to the head. Drievko's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Slice lands with a short shot to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drievko tries to break the clinch but Slice is controlling the position. Slice throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Drievko drags the fight down to the ground.
Drievko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Slice can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Slice controls from within his opponent's guard. Drievko bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Slice's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Slice looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Slice looking for a sweep. Not yet Slice, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Drievko trying to control the position from guard on top but Slice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Slice seems keen to control Drievko's posture. Drievko thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Drievko is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Drievko loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kimbo Slice dominated that round. The cut man is working on Nick Drievko's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Slice lands an overhand right. Slice lands a really nice looking cross but Drievko seems unphased.
Drievko drops his hands momentarily and Slice takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Slice moves into range and clinches up with Drievko. Slice lands a hook that snaps the head of Drievko backwards. Slice lands a right hand. Drievko takes a shot to the head. A short right from Slice.
Drievko is rocked! Drievko blocks an uppercut.
Drievko is still on wobbly legs! Can Slice finish him? Come on Slice - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Slice digs a right hand underneath Drievko's ribcage. Drievko let out a lung full of air as it connected. Slice lands an uppercut. Drievko has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Slice seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Drievko can turn it around. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Slice creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Drievko with a big uppercut! Drievko tries to clinch up but Slice pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Drievko to the mat! Drievko covers up and Slice unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kimbo Slice!
