The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verra throws a one two combo.
A nice combination there by Verra.
It looks like Tom Bennett has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Bennett misses the target.
Bennett throws a hook to the side of Verra's head but Verra sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Bennett just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromVerra.
Verra lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bennett is rocked!
Verra displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bennett throws out the jab.
Bennett is still on wobbly legs! Can Verra finish him?
Verra goes for a small jab and connects. Now Verra goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Bennett stumbles back but Verra runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Bennett to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Bennett will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Eric Verra!
