Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ira Dyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Pooface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ira Dyer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Freddy Pooface! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pooface displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dyer. Pooface throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dyer. Dyer throws a counter high kick but Pooface was just alert enough to avoid it. Pooface tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Dyer appears to be looking for a big counter. Pooface shoots in and bounces Dyer off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Dyer has a closed guard, preventing Pooface from standing up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pooface is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Pooface drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dyer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pooface has Dyer in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dyer stopping the sweep attempt from Pooface. Dyer throwing strikes from guard but Pooface blocks nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pooface has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Pooface has momentary wrist control but Dyer slips an elbow through the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pooface has his hands on Dyer's head, controlling the position. Pooface looking for a sweep. Not yet Pooface, not yet. Pooface is still trying to improve position. Dyer being controlled here momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Pooface has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Dyer throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Pooface shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dyer is trying to defend but Pooface finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Pooface stalling away here and it's allowed Dyer to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pooface sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dyer's guard. Dyer manages to get to full guard.
Pooface wanted to stand there but Dyer had control of the position. Pooface lands a couple of elbows. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dyer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pooface doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pooface manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddy Pooface dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Pooface looking to score a takedown here. Dyer is defending well but Pooface drives through and ends up in Dyer's guard. Dyer can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pooface controls the pace. Pooface postures up and lands a big shot to Dyer's brow. Dyer looking to control.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dyer looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Pooface seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Pooface stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dyer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Dyer keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pooface closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pooface lands in his opponent's guard. Pooface pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dyer is keeping the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dyer wants to sweep but no luck. Pooface is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Dyer controls Pooface momentarily but Pooface frees himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pooface slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Pooface really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dyer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Pooface drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Pooface just content to control the position. Dyer struggling a bit here. Dyer is trying to get back to half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dyer is letting Pooface control him for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddy Pooface showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Pooface darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Pooface controlling the pace. Pooface seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dyer does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pooface landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Pooface has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dyer is trying to maintain the position but Pooface is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pooface tries to stand but can't do so whilst Dyer controls his leg. Pooface looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Pooface tries to pass to full mount but Dyer defends it. Dyer manages to get to full guard.
Dyer has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pooface is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dyer. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pooface creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Dyer is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Dyer defending against the ground and pound. Dyer being controlled for a moment. Pooface wants to stand but Dyer has his arm trapped.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pooface tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pooface has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! You can see the frustration on Dyer's face as Pooface controls the position. Pooface misses with the ground and pound. Pooface is chipping away with strikes.
Pooface tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pooface has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Pooface decides to stand back up. Pooface steps back and let's Dyer get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Dyer fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Pooface manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dyer on his heels. He'll look to pass Dyer's guard now, I'm sure. Pooface controlling from the top position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pooface's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that's the end of the fight! Freddy Pooface comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Pooface has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
