Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Sandow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Puck Bryson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Andy Sandow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Puck Bryson! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Franklyn Lucas and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bryson scores with a body shot.
Sandow's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bryson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sandow scrambles back to his feet. Bryson ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Bryson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Bryson lands a slapping body shot.
Sandow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bryson sprawls well initially but Sandow persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sandow is looking for a kimura but Bryson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sandow to get the leverage. Sandow wants to advance to full mount but Bryson doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sandow sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bryson's guard. Sandow is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bryson tries to get to full guard but Sandow has control of the leg. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sandow lands a nice short elbow. Sandow is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bryson is just riding it out for now. Sandow eventually gives up the hold. Sandow frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Sandow postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bryson looks a forlorn figure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bryson is looking to get to half guard. Sandow controlling from the full mount. Bryson tries to get back to half guard but can't. Sandow landing strikes from the mount and Bryson is in trouble! Sandow content just to control the position here. The referee warns Bryson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sandow looking to control and managing it successfully. Sandow dominating with strikes here. Sandow working for a submission but Bryson is keeping him at bay. Bryson is looking to get to half guard. Sandow breaks from Bryson's wrist control and lands an elbow. Sandow throwing strikes but Bryson uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sandow in particular looking to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sandow seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bryson for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Sandow looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andy Sandow dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bryson lands a body shot.
Nice cross by Bryson. Bryson cracks Sandow with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Bryson moves into range and connects with a jab. Sandow shoots for a double leg takedown but Bryson sprawls well. He's pushed Sandow's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sandow shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bryson sprawls well. Bryson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sandow gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sandow on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Bryson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sandow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bryson with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sandow moves into the clinch. Bryson misses with the head strike.
Bryson throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Sandow prevents Bryson from breaking the clinch. Bryson throws a head punch that misses. Sandow's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Bryson misses with a body punch.
Bryson prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andy Sandow. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sandow wants a takedown.
Sandow digs a right hand underneath Bryson's ribcage. Bryson let out a lung full of air as it connected. Sandow manages to break the clinch.
Puck Bryson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sandow closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bryson circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice cross by Bryson. Puck Bryson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horrible takedown attempt by Sandow or perhaps it was just good defense by Bryson, which made it look bad. Bryson throws out a counter right but Sandow avoids it with no problem. Bryson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sandow at a distance.
Sandow looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sandow slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bryson controls Sandow momentarily but Sandow frees himself. Sandow is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryson controls Sandow momentarily but Sandow frees himself. Sandow loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Sandow postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Bryson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sandow at a distance.
Bryson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Sandow in his tracks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bryson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Nice jab there from Bryson. Sandow fails with a takedown attempt. Sandow fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bryson avoids it really well and circles away. Puck Bryson seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bryson works the jab nicely. Bryson lands with a straight right. Sandow didn't see that one coming. Bryson scores with a shot to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action! Bryson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Bryson lands a two punch combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Puck Bryson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Sandow looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Sandow looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Bryson! Sandow slows the pace down. Sandow's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Sandow is trying to get an arm triangle but Bryson is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bryson struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sandow advances to full mount. Bryson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sandow.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Sandow looking to finish Bryson with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bryson! Sandow throws some wild stikes that Bryson manages to avoid easily.
Sandow goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Bryson is on top in guard.
Sandow has his foot on Bryson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bryson works his way back into a safe position though. Sandow on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sandow tries to get out of the position. Sandow keeping moving, preventing Bryson from controlling successfully. Sandow escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bryson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sandow wants to sweep but no luck. Sandow is looking to stand up but Bryson isn't so interested in that idea. Sandow has control of Bryson's left arm, preventing Bryson from doing any damage. Sandow wants to get back to his feet but Bryson is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Sandow keeping moving, preventing Bryson from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sandow has his hands on Bryson's head, controlling the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Bryson lands a glancing blow to the side of Sandow's head. Bryson lands a nice hook to Sandow's body. Sandow takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sandow doesn't manage to clinch there - Bryson circles away.
Andy Sandow is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sandow jabs Bryson to the body, keeping him at a distance. Bryson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Sandow with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bryson to score with a decent uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! Andy Sandow showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sandow has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
