Biernat comes to the cage accompanied by Aleja Gwiazd. Karol Biernat could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hansov Assid's chin.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biernat throws a shot to the body.
Biernat lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Biernat fails to land with a series of punches.
Biernat throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Assid shoots in and drives through. Biernat sprawls well.
Biernat pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Assid is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Biernat cracks a nice hook into Assid's ribs.
Biernat misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Assid tries to pull guard but Biernat holds him up against the cage and eventually Assid drops back down to his feet.
Karol Biernat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hansov Assid.
Assid can't find room to land a body shot as Biernat controls the action.
Biernat manages to break the clinch.
Biernat rushes Assid and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Biernat attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Assid tries to keep at a distance but Biernat has taken the fight into the clinch.

Biernat throws a series of punches but Assid moves out of range.
Assid tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Biernat misses with a jab, cross combination.
Assid drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Biernat defends it well.
Biernat scores with a takedown into Assid's guard.
Biernat stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Assid throws up his legs and catches Biernat in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Biernat tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Assid! That came out of nowhere!
