Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archie Garwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bravo gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bravo tries to stand but Garwood is controlling from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Bravo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Garwood pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bravo takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Garwood throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bravo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Garwood won't be happy with that.
Garwood is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Bravo has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Bravo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Garwood to his feet.
Johnny Bravo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Garwood tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bravo paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Garwood throws a head kick but Bravo moves out of range.

Garwood takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bravo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Bravo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bravo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bravo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Garwood but Garwood pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bravo looks for the body kick but Garwood saw that one coming.
Garwood takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Bravo blocks a head kick by Garwood.
Bravo shoots in for a takedown but Garwood shows good takedown defense.

Johnny Bravo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bravo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
