Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mohsen Mosaddegh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuya Shimizu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Shimizu's choice of entrance music: Alright, let's do this.. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Shimizu is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Shimizu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mosaddegh moves away.

Shimizu fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Mosaddegh throws a low kick, looking for Shimizu's leg but Shimizu calmly moves out of range.

Mosaddegh was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Mosaddegh thuds his right hand into Shimizu's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Shimizu avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Shimizu lands a nice hook to Mosaddegh's body. Mosaddegh takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Mosaddegh lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Shimizu throws a jab but it's blocked by Mosaddegh.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mosaddegh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shimizu.

Shimizu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mosaddegh is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Shimizu like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Shimizu from another fist facial!

Mohsen Mosaddegh spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
