The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patrick shoots in looking for a takedown. Jemil tries to sprawl out of it but Patrick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jemil manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Patrick shoots in for a double leg but Jemil sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jemil tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Patrick paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Patrick closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Patrick lands in his opponent's guard.

Jemil has his feet on Patrick's thighs here. He's pushed Patrick off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Patrick screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
