Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sem Luuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Haffie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haffie takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Haffie throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Luuk tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Haffie is in Luuk's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Haffie closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Luuk has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Haffie is working away from the top position though.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Luuk, as that shot connected.

That kick from Luuk tenderised Haffie's leg. Haffie is trying to keep his angry face on.

Sem Luuk is winning the standup battle so far.
Haffie shoots in for a double leg but Luuk sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Haffie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Luuk as he avoids it easily.
Sem Luuk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jordan Haffie.
Haffie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Luuk pinned against the cage. Luuk gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Luuk does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Haffie shoots for a double leg takedown but Luuk sprawls well. He's pushed Haffie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Luuk bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Haffie's head backwards.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Luuk throws a low kick but it's checked well by Haffie.
Luuk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Haffie shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Haffie was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Luuk tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Haffie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Haffie takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
