Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
usa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Godsmack's waist but Godsmack gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing usa off to one side.
Godsmack misses with a two punch combination.
A jab from Godsmack misses.
Godsmack fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. usa sprawls well initially but Godsmack persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
usa looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Godsmack scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Godsmack frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Godsmack working away from the top, dropping strikes.
usa keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Godsmack lands a nice shot to the head.
usa can't escape the position.
Godsmack has control of usa's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and usa regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Godsmack avoids the attempt from usa to control.
usa looks gassed!
Godsmack connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
usa gets back to half guard.
usa won't allow Godsmack to pass to mount.
Godsmack seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
usa tries to kick Godsmack off but Godsmack keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. usa manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
usa working for submissions but it's allowed Godsmack to get to half guard.
Godsmack looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Godsmack has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can usa defend it? Godsmack steps over the head and cranks it - usa is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Godsmack!
