Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Deontay Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raine Lovelair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Deontay Hunter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raine Lovelair! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lovelair tries to clinch up and Hunter counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Raine Lovelair has been cut. Lovelair rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hunter counters with a nice uppercut. Lovelair throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hunter counters with a left hand that sends Lovelair to the canvas! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lovelair has control of Hunter's left arm, preventing Hunter from doing any damage. Hunter stopping the sweep attempt from Lovelair.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunter sitting in guard, not really doing much. Hunter wants to control from the top but Lovelair keeps moving. Lovelair tries to land a sweep but no joy. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Hunter wants to control from the top but Lovelair keeps moving.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Lovelair connects with an inside leg kick. Lovelair misses with a takedown attempt and Hunter counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lovelair's coach down at Better Alternative ($500 per week) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lovelair's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lovelair lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hunter has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hunter and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Lovelair moves into the clinch. Lovelair wants a takedown but no success here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunter just leaning against Lovelair, taking a breather. Hunter taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Come on Hunter - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Hunter's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Deontay Hunter. Lovelair scores with a takedown into Hunter's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lovelair throws a big right hand that misses. Lovelair trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Lovelair stays in close to Hunter's body and controls the position. Lovelair throwing strikes from guard but Hunter blocks nicely. Lovelair postures up in Hunter's guard and throws a big left but Hunter blocks it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hunter controlling Lovelair's posture. Lovelair wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Deontay Hunter dominated that round. The cut man is working on Raine Lovelair's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Lovelair with a poor takedown and Hunter counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lovelair lands a jab to Hunter's midsection. Lovelair wants to clinch and Hunter counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lovelair misses with a body punch
enabling Hunter to counter with a crisp jab.
That has opened up Raine Lovelair's cut even more. Raine Lovelair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lovelair misses the body punch and Hunter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Lovelair throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hunter swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Hunter bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Hunter leaves Lovelair with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Lovelair misses with an uppercut
and Hunter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Lovelair throws a looping overhand right but Hunter ducks down to avoid it. A little feinted left hand from Hunter on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lovelair scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Lovelair misses with an uppercut
and Hunter counters with a crisp right that sends Lovelair to the canvas! Hunter follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Deontay Hunter!
