The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Erik Meen has been cut.
Fist throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fist swings away with a body shot that misses
and Meen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
We've been informed that Fist has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Fist scores with a hook to the body. Meen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Fist misses with an uppercut
and Meen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Meen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Fist momentarily.
Fist throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Meen appears to be looking for a big counter.
Fist works the jab nicely.
Fist lands with a good body shot.
Fist takes a swing at Meen's ribcage but misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fist lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Meen at a distance.
Meen connects with a right hand. Fist shakes it off.
Fist takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Meen slips under a jab.
Fist scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Fist lands with a nice body punch.
Fist fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Meen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Fist is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Meen rather than just go for the knockout.
Fist swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fist throws a looping overhand right but Meen ducks down to avoid it.
Fist scores with a jab. Meen acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Fist lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Meen can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Fist and Meen drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Fist.

Sixth Fist really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Machine Fight Gear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
