Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tom Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tom Hess! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyson Kahn! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kahn takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Kahn pushes Hess up against the cage in a clinch. Kahn goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kahn tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hess's elbow. Hess works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Kahn trying to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kahn tries to land a sweep but no joy. Hess drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hess jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kahn keeping moving, preventing Hess from controlling successfully. Kahn keeping full guard, as Hess tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kahn looking to control.
Hess is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Hess drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kahn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hess has Kahn in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hess has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kahn is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hess. Hess tries to buck Kahn off but Kahn is having none of it. Hess is not content to let Kahn control the position. Hess regains half guard. Kahn is thwarting Hess's attempts to control the position. Hess might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hess is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kahn pulls his head out easily.

Hess has his feet on Kahn's thighs here. He's pushed Kahn off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kahn screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
