Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Excellent takedown into side control there by Bukovsky. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Bukovsky (4) vs (0) Pickton Pickton is trying to get back to half guard. Bukovsky is looking to take a break and control but Pickton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bukovsky goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Pickton rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bukovsky's guard! Nice work there by Pickton! Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Bukovsky (4) vs (2) Pickton Pickton tries to free his leg and advance position but Bukovsky is retaining full guard. Pickton is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pickton looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Pickton must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Pickton trying to control the position from guard on top but Bukovsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Pickton wants to control from the top but Bukovsky keeps moving. Bukovsky manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pickton manages to get himself to full guard.
Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Bukovsky (6) vs (2) Pickton Pickton can't keep his opponent in guard - Bukovsky advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bukovsky is looking to advance position but Pickton won't allow it. Bukovsky is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pickton doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bukovsky. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pickton is trying to maintain the position but Bukovsky is very close to passing his half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bukovsky in particular looking to stall. Bukovsky maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Pickton could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bukovsky has cracked it and Pickton is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bukovsky!

A very excited looking Tommy Bukovsky rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
