The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cahill. Cahill is looking to clinch. Bourne closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Cahill (0) vs (2) Bourne Bourne is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Cahill wants to control but Bourne is keeping busy and won't allow it. Cahill is pressing down on Bourne's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bourne wants to pass the guard but Cahill is keeping the position. Cahill looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bourne is defending well. Cahill quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bourne has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Cahill celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
