Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Jonhson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Ginta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anthony Jonhson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Daniel Ginta!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonhson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jonhson showed some decent athleticism there.
Ginta kicks off Jonhson and gets to his feet.
Ginta blocks a head kick by Jonhson.
Ginta shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jonhson sprawls well. Jonhson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ginta gets slowly back to his feet.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ginta has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Ginta looks winded!
Jonhson scores with a decent looking hook.
Jonhson tries to close the distance and clinch but Ginta swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jonhson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ginta gets tackled into the cage by Jonhson. Jonhson maintains the clinch.

Jonhson jumps guard but Ginta stands there with Jonhson around his waist. Jonhson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jonhson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Jonhson wants to take the fight to the mat but Ginta manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Jonhson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jonhson looks to land a combination but Ginta avoids it well.
Jonhson connects with a jab.
Jonhson is looking to clinch but Ginta is avoiding it.
Jonhson moves into the clinch.
Jonhson tries to work over Ginta's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Jonhson throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Jonhson breaks the clinch.
Jonhson doesn't manage to clinch there - Ginta circles away.
Jonhson misses with the combination.
And Ginta responds with a good body kick, but Jonhson manages to step out the way in time.
Ginta gets tackled into the cage by Jonhson. Jonhson maintains the clinch.

Ginta with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ginta unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jonhson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Jonhson breaks the clinch.
Jonhson doesn't manage to clinch there - Ginta circles away.
Jonhson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Jonhson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jonhson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ginta with a poor takedown
and Jonhson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jonhson works over Ginta's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Daniel Ginta has been cut.
Jonhson throws a head kick that misses.
Jonhson forces Ginta back against the cage and clinches.
Ginta has Jonhson pressed against the cage, preventing Jonhson from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jonhson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Jonhson doesn't manage to clinch there - Ginta circles away.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jonhson gets control of Ginta's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jonhson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Jonhson pushes a forearm under Ginta's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ginta is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
