Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Nargarito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Lattes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Nargarito with that takedown attempt.
Lattes dives in and grabs Nargarito's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nargarito pushes down on Lattes's head and hops out.

Lattes gets a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lattes takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Lattes pushes Nargarito off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

The fight stays on the outside here - Nargarito looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lattes lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nargarito has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nargarito and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nargarito connects with a nice short shot to Lattes's temple.

That was a close second round but I would say that Roman Nargarito will probably get the nod.

Lattes leaves Nargarito with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Roman Nargarito.
I think Nargarito has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
