Dirmeikis has chosen Tribe Society - Kings as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Edmund Compton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dirmeikis throws a lazy head kick

and Compton counters with a single leg into guard. Dirmeikis didn't expect that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dirmeikis closes the distance and pushes Compton back into the cage.

Compton has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dirmeikis uses from the top position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Compton pushes a forearm under Dirmeikis's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dirmeikis is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
