Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tolo Seia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Musial Stanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seia comes to the cage accompanied by Limp Bizkit - Thieves. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seia cracks a nice hook into Stanson's ribs.
Seia circles away from the clinch attempt.

Seia gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Seia uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Seia does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Stanson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Seia avoids it really well and circles away.
Stanson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Seia defends well and Stanson ends up having to push Seia into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Horrible takedown attempt by Stanson or perhaps it was just good defense by Seia, which made it look bad.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Seia passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.
Seia wants to get back to his feet.
Stanson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Seia's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Seia's back!

That was a close round but I would say that Tolo Seia will probably get the nod.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stanson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Stanson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Stanson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Seia doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Seia manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
