Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between George Ciz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Underestimated Dillashaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Underestimated Dillashaw has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, George Ciz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Underestimated Dillashaw! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ciz slips a jab from Dillashaw. Ciz seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Ciz clinches with his opponent.
Ciz blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Dillashaw works on Ciz's body with a couple of short punches. Ciz breaks from the clinch.
Dillashaw throws a body punch but Ciz moves out of range. Underestimated Dillashaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dillashaw misses with an uppercut. Dillashaw fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Ciz throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dillashaw stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dillashaw swings widly with a right hand
and Ciz counters with a single leg into guard. Dillashaw didn't expect that. Ciz slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Ciz trying to control but Dillashaw is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ciz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dillashaw is keeping the position for now. Ciz postures up in Dillashaw's guard and throws a big left but Dillashaw blocks it. Ciz trying to control the position from guard on top but Dillashaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ciz postures up.
Dillashaw really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ciz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ciz sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Dillashaw takes a swing at Ciz's ribcage but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Dillashaw ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Ciz will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Underestimated Dillashaw is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dillashaw uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ciz.
Dillashaw takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Dillashaw leaves Ciz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Dillashaw misses with an uppercut. Ciz saw that one coming. Dillashaw throws a jab when Ciz was well out of range. Ciz half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Ciz looking to score a takedown here. Dillashaw is defending well but Ciz drives through and ends up in Dillashaw's guard. Dillashaw wants to get back to his feet but Ciz passes into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ciz not landing any meaningful shots this time. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dillashaw can do anything to dispel that myth. Dillashaw is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dillashaw is refusing to be controlled, as Ciz sits in half guard. Ciz is working for a kimura but Dillashaw is defending it quite comfortably.

George Ciz dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ciz throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Dillashaw counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Dillashaw moves out of range of the body kick. Dillashaw jabs Ciz to the body, keeping him at a distance. Dillashaw misses the shot to the body. Dillashaw avoids a kick to the body.
Dillashaw is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Ciz with a body shot. Ciz throws a hook to the side of Dillashaw's head but Dillashaw sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Ciz tries a head kick but it misses.
Ciz uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dillashaw.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dillashaw tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ciz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ciz throws the left hand but Dillashaw avoids the punch easily. Dillashaw just misses with a punch to the body.
Ciz throws an overhand right that lands on Dillashaw's shoulder, as Dillashaw tries to avoid the shot. Dillashaw blocks a head kick by Ciz.

Ciz bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Ciz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ciz misses with the body kick and Dillashaw counters with a left to the body. Ciz throws a head kick but Dillashaw moves out of range.
Ciz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Ciz throws the kick towards the body but Dillashaw avoids it. Dillashaw throws a jab when Ciz was well out of range. Ciz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dillashaw was well out of range. Poor timing from Ciz. It seemed like Dillashaw was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Ciz shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dillashaw's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ciz trying to control but Dillashaw is working from the bottom. That's three minutes gone in the round. Ciz trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ciz missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ciz is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Ciz controlling from the top position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Dillashaw takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Dillashaw scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. A head kick misses from Ciz. Ciz throws the kick towards the body but Dillashaw avoids it. Ciz swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ciz tries to land a front kick but Dillashaw steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Dillashaw throws a big shot that misses. Ciz goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Ciz avoids the body shot from Dillashaw.
Ciz is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Dillashaw. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ciz ducks under a wild hook from Dillashaw. Ciz checks a low kick from Dillashaw. Dillashaw stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that George Ciz will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Dillashaw is looking to control Ciz's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dillashaw avoid being mounted? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ciz seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Ciz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dillashaw's head. Ciz stalling. Ciz is working for a submission of some sort.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ciz is trying to control. Dillashaw wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dillashaw is trying to get back to full guard. Dillashaw is not content to let Ciz control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ciz shoots for a double leg takedown but Dillashaw sprawls well. He's pushed Ciz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ciz moves in looking to clinch but Dillashaw pushes him off. Ciz fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dillashaw to the ground. Ciz is now in Dillashaw's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ciz trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Ciz wants to control from the top but Dillashaw keeps moving. Ciz postures up in Dillashaw's guard and throws a big left but Dillashaw blocks it. Dillashaw wants to stand but Ciz is controlling the position. Ciz trying to control the position from guard on top but Dillashaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ciz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
And that's the end of the fight! George Ciz showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ciz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
