Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scott Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joko Lelono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pride FC - Theme. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A thudding body kick lands there by Lelono!
Adams tries to close the distance and clinch but Lelono swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lelono lands a nice shot to the body.
Lelono fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Adams manages to avoid it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lelono works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Lelono connects with a leg kick. Adams looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Adams takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Oh Adams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lelono finds Adams's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Adams flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Lelono lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Adams will be OK.
