Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perry Roscrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle's entrance music is Wasted. A fine choice. Roscrow has chosen Wicked Gil as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Kyle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
35 - 34 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Perry Roscrow! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kyle throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Roscrow counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kyle missing with a left hand there. Roscrow was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kyle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Roscrow misses with a few strikes there.
Kyle cracks Roscrow with an open hand slap.
It looks like Perry Roscrow has been cut. Roscrow shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Roscrow showed some decent athleticism there. Roscrow stalling away here and it's allowed Kyle to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Kyle utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kyle is trying to keep Roscrow in close.
Kyle seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Roscrow tries to free his leg and advance position but Kyle is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kyle has Roscrow pulled in close to control his posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kyle is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Roscrow is aware though and is defending well. Roscrow is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Roscrow postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Roscrow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kyle is controlling Roscrow's posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kyle throws his legs up looking for a submission but Roscrow uses it to pass to side control.
Roscrow wants to take a breather but Kyle manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Roscrow. Kyle has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Roscrow must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kyle keeping full guard, as Roscrow tries to pass. Roscrow loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roscrow trying to control but Kyle is working from the bottom. Kyle wants to sweep but no luck. Roscrow throws a strike but Kyle rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kyle wants to control from the top but Roscrow keeps moving. Kyle landing with the ground and pound. Roscrow is looking for a triangle here but Kyle uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Roscrow is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kyle trying to control the action but Roscrow is working from the bottom. Roscrow tries to bench press Kyle off him but Kyle keeps the position. Kyle staying calm. Roscrow sneaks back into half guard. Roscrow is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kyle pulls his head out easily. Kyle wants to take a breather but Roscrow is having none of it. Roscrow is trying to get back to full guard. Roscrow looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Roscrow actively working from the bottom here. Roscrow looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Kyle is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Roscrow! Roscrow is looking to improve his position but Kyle isn't that keen on the idea. Kyle working Roscrow over with strikes here. Kyle lands a couple of good shots and Roscrow has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
The cut above Perry Roscrow's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Perry Roscrow's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mark Kyle! After winning the bout, Mark Kyle thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
