Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dean Corll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seppo Hovi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corll's entrance music is South Texas Death Ride. A fine choice. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Dean Corll! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Seppo Hovi! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corll tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hovi is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Corll with a body shot. Corll lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hovi takes a step back to recover. A looping hook to the body misses from Corll. Hovi does a little dance to reset his feet. Hovi dodges the punch combination from Corll.
Hovi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. We've been informed that Hovi has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Hovi throws a body kick that misses and Corll counters with a straight right hand. Hovi swinging wildly here.
A little feinted left hand from Corll on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Corll lets loose with a powerful body kick. Hovi will feel that in the morning. Hovi misses with a wild body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Corll throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Seppo Hovi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Corll lands a right hook to the body.
Hovi looks winded! Corll throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hovi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Good exchange - Corll coming out on top.
It looks like Seppo Hovi has been cut. Hovi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Corll can pounce on him.
Corll has been working on his boxing with his coaches at House of 1000 Corpses in the buildup to the fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Corll misses with a double jab.
Nice jab there from Corll. Hovi drops his hands momentarily and Corll takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Corll scores with a kick to the body.
Corll fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hovi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Corll throws out a powerful jab. Hovi throws a predictable looking body shot
and Corll counters with a huge left! Hovi is in big trouble! He's backing up but Corll isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Hovi from any more damage. A dominating finish by Corll!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dean Corll! An out of breath Dean Corll thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
